Hair Center of Turkey has been working in Istanbul since 2014. More than 10,000 patients from over 63 countries have travelled here for a hair transplant that is planned in writing, carried out by a certified practitioner under the supervision of licensed doctors, and followed for twelve months afterwards. This page explains who we are, how the work is divided, and what you can check before you trust any of it.

Hair Center of Turkey holds an International Health Tourism Authorisation Certificate from the Turkish Ministry of Health (number AK-0291). Treatments are provided by healthcare institutions that hold a health tourism licence.
Numbers on clinic websites are usually unsourced. These are the ones we are willing to be held to, and the ones you will find repeated identically on every page of this site.
Hair Center of Turkey was founded in 2014 by Sinan Özer with one aim: a hair transplant service where the patient knows, in advance and in writing, who will do what.
Most of what goes wrong in this industry goes wrong before the operation. A graft number is estimated from a photograph, a price changes on the day, and nobody will say which pair of hands will be doing the work. We built the opposite of that, and we publish the details so the claim can be checked rather than believed.
- 01
Coordination that stays with you
One coordinator, in your language, from the first message through to the twelfth-month review. Sinan Özer, our founder, runs this side of the work — a coordination role, not a medical one.
- 02
Medical supervision on the clinical side
Dr. Rasime Erkan, dermatology specialist with more than thirty years in practice, performs the operation checks. Dr. Eren Demir, specialist in anaesthesiology and reanimation, administers the anaesthesia and monitors you throughout.
- 03
The same hands from design to last graft
The certified practitioner who designs your hairline is the person who carries out your procedure, under that supervision. Your case does not change hands halfway through the day.
- 04
A deliberately limited daily volume
One hair transplant is six to nine hours of concentrated work. We cap the daily schedule rather than fill it, which is the practical reason the point above can be true at all.
Planning and coordination happen at the branch office in Bakırköy. Examination, the operation and the first wash happen at the medical centre in Halıcıoğlu, Beyoğlu, on the Golden Horn.

We would rather be checked than believed. Each item below can be confirmed without taking our word for it.

Reviews we do not control
Google, Trustpilot, ProvenExpert and WhatClinic. Read the two-star reviews as well as the five-star ones; a clinic with none of the former has either been very lucky or has been curating.
The second column is the more useful one. Elective surgery sold with guarantees is being sold, not planned.
What you get in writing
- The names of the physician responsible and the practitioner who will carry out your procedure
- A graft estimate based on measured donor density, not on a photograph
- One fixed price with the package contents listed line by line
- The technique, the anaesthesia protocol and what happens if plans change on the day
- A twelve-month follow-up schedule with a named contact reachable from abroad
What we will not claim
- No guaranteed outcome — results depend on donor density, scalp condition, general health and aftercare
- No unlimited graft counts; donor capacity is finite and over-harvesting is permanent
- No published success percentage or guarantee — suitability and results are assessed individually
- No promise that every patient is suitable — some are advised to wait or to treat the cause first
If a clinic will not put its refusals in writing, ask what happens to your deposit when the answer turns out to be no.

More than 10,000 since 2014, from over 63 countries. Where a graft survival figure is quoted, it comes from documented cases reviewed at month twelve — treat any single percentage on any clinic website, ours included, as an internal estimate rather than an independently audited measurement, and ask what it was measured on.
Twelve. Interpreting is part of the package and a coordinator who speaks your language stays with you from the first message to the twelfth-month review.
Ask for the certificate numbers and check them against the registers, ask for the names of the physician responsible and the practitioner assigned to your date in writing, and read the reviews on platforms we cannot edit. Every one of those requests should be answered without hesitation, in writing, before you pay a deposit.
Send three photographs, get a written plan.
Front, top and back of your head are enough. You receive a graft estimate, the technique we would use and the price in writing before you decide anything.
No treatment outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on donor density, scalp condition, general health and aftercare.
