Stand facing a window or step outside in shade. A flash flattens the scalp and hides thinning; overhead ceiling lights exaggerate it. Neither gives a usable read.

No wax, no gel, no fibre powders. Product and styling hide exactly what needs to be seen. If you use concealer fibres, wash them out first.

Your coordinator collects the details
Photographs, age, how long the loss has been happening, previous hair procedures, medication and any diagnosed condition. Coordinators are not clinicians and they do not assess your scalp.

Donor capacity, scalp health, the likely cause and stability of the loss, and how the pattern may progress. Medical questions are answered by the medical team, not at the front desk.

With the graft range, the technique, the package and the price. Ask for anything you do not understand — a clinic that answers in writing is a clinic you can hold to what it wrote.

Scheduling comes after you have the plan, not before. Deposit terms are stated in the written quote rather than requested over chat.

On day one your scalp and donor area are examined in person, and the plan is confirmed, adjusted, postponed or declined. Nothing starts until you approve the hairline in a mirror.
