Every operation at Hair Center of Turkey is designed and carried out by a certified hair transplant practitioner, under medical supervision: dermatology specialist Dr. Rasime Erkan performs the operation checks, specialist anaesthetist Dr. Eren Demir administers the anaesthesia and monitors you, four certified practitioners handle hairline design and the procedure itself, and founder Sinan Özer coordinates the journey from your first message to the twelfth-month review.

Dr. Rasime Erkan is the dermatology specialist at Hair Center of Turkey and has supported the clinic since 2014. Her work is focused on dermatological operation checks and medical oversight.
During an operation she supervises the procedure, checks whether the patient has developed a skin complication and assesses the quality of the work carried out.
Her role is deliberately limited to medical control and supervision, so that clinical judgement stays separate from consultation and planning.

Dr. Eren Demir
Clinic role: anaesthetist. Administers local anaesthesia and sedation before surgery and monitors the patient during the operation.
- 10+Years of experience
- 2,000+Clinical cases
- 2020At the clinic since
Eren Demir was born in Izmir in 1989 and graduated from Celal Bayar University Faculty of Medicine in 2014. He completed his doctorate and specialty training in anaesthesiology and reanimation at Health Sciences University Haseki Training and Research Hospital.
In the 2020–2021 academic year he taught basic and clinical anaesthesia as an academic at Gedik University. He has published articles in international refereed journals in his field and is a member of the Turkish Society of Anaesthesiology and Reanimation.
Before joining the clinic he worked as a specialist doctor in several hospitals and served for years as the responsible physician of the anaesthesiology and reanimation clinic at Avcılar Murat Kölük State Hospital, a Ministry of Health hospital.

Sinan Özer
This profile does not describe Sinan Özer as a physician or surgeon. Medical procedures, operation checks and clinical decisions are performed or approved by the clinic's medical team.
- 10+Years of experience
- 5,000+Coordinated journeys
- 2014At the clinic since
Sinan Özer is the founder and general coordinator of Hair Center of Turkey. Since 2014 he has coordinated the patient journey from the first consultation through hairline planning to post-operative follow-up.
His role is coordination and treatment-planning support: he is involved in the consultation, in hairline design and in follow-up after the operation, and he oversees how those stages fit together.
Every treatment plan the clinic issues is built around the same principles: natural hairline design, long-lasting results, a limited number of operations per day, hotel and private transfer arrangements, and preparation and aftercare support.
The four hair transplant assistants work under medical supervision. Each holds a Hair Transplant Practitioner's Assistant certificate issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey — the certificate itself is linked next to every name.
Assistants are the people you spend the longest time with on the day of the operation. That is normal in hair restoration, and it is only safe when the division of work is written down and supervised by a doctor. Here is who they are.

Clinics in Turkey use this title in different ways. This is exactly how we use it, so you can compare us with anyone else.
What it means
- A practical support role, certified by the Ministry of Health
- Hairline design and carrying out the procedure itself
- Graft harvesting, handling and implantation
- Work carried out under medical supervision
What it does not mean
- It is not a physician or surgeon title
- It does not replace a medical diagnosis
- It does not cover anaesthesia, which a specialist doctor administers
- It does not authorise clinical decisions about your treatment
If a clinic will not tell you which parts of the operation a doctor carries out and which parts an assistant carries out, ask again in writing.
A hair transplant abroad is judged on who does the work and what is written down beforehand. These five questions separate a clinic that answers from one that changes the subject.
Ask us on WhatsApp- 01
Who administers the anaesthesia?
Anaesthesia should be administered and monitored by a specialist doctor. Ask for the name and the specialty certificate.
- 02
Which parts of the operation do assistants carry out?
Support during extraction and implantation is normal practice. What matters is that it happens under medical supervision and that the clinic says so openly.
- 03
Where are the diplomas and certificates from?
The institution and the year should be given without hesitation. Ours are listed on this page.
- 04
Is the plan in writing before payment?
Graft estimate, technique, price and what is included should be written down before you pay anything.
- 05
What happens at the twelfth month?
Growth is judged at month twelve. Ask in writing what the clinic does if the result is below the plan you agreed.
Anything missing? Send it on WhatsApp — questions about anaesthesia, medication or an existing condition are answered by the medical team.
Ask the teamThe certified hair transplant practitioner who designs your hairline is the person who carries out the procedure, under medical supervision. Dr. Rasime Erkan, dermatology specialist, performs the operation checks; Dr. Eren Demir, specialist in anaesthesiology and reanimation, administers the anaesthesia and monitors you. Medical procedures, operation checks and clinical decisions are performed or approved by the clinic's medical team.
Yes. Anaesthesia is administered by a specialist doctor and the operation is checked by a dermatology specialist. If you want to know which doctors are on duty for your date, ask us in writing before you travel.
Yes. Each assistant holds a Hair Transplant Practitioner's Assistant certificate issued by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Turkey. The certificate describes a practical support role; it is not a physician or surgeon title.
Hair Center of Turkey has been working in Istanbul since 2014 and has treated more than 10,000 patients from over 63 countries. Within the team, experience ranges from three years to more than thirty: Dr. Rasime Erkan has over thirty years in dermatology, Dr. Eren Demir more than ten years in anaesthesiology, and the four practitioners between three and nine years each.
Yes. Send three photographs on WhatsApp — front, top and back of your head — and you receive a written assessment with a graft estimate and a price. Medical questions are passed to the doctors rather than answered at the front desk.
The issuing institution and the year of every diploma and certificate on file are listed in the profiles on this page. If you want to see a document itself, ask on WhatsApp and we will send a copy before you travel.
Send three photographs, get a written plan.
Front, top and back of your head are enough. You receive a graft estimate, the technique we would use and the price in writing before you decide anything.
No treatment outcome is guaranteed. Results depend on donor density, scalp condition, general health and aftercare.
